Silent Sittings created for children aimed at 6-10 year olds although anyone interested can use them. The book is not yet ready for release.

Meditation & Art

There are a lot of pressures in life and meditation is a gentle practice for children to find peace, calm and security within themselves. It is also a great way to explore their creative side. Having worked with children and seen the benefits it made sense to write this book.
